We most often work with board of trustees and senior executives to share solutions to the challenges they face in transitioning their provider organizations from the fee-for-service model to the future state of value-based healthcare in which they need to provide more affordable, higher quality care at lower reimbursement rates, under a fixed or bundled payment model. In concert with the SVP of Strategic Planning, we lead the development of strategic plans that clearly identify growth and operational efficiencies to better prepare the organizations for value-based delivery.

We work with our clients to help them establish priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment.
